VET, Eco and EU news related to Ariadne, and the Social Economy
News / ESS in French higher education
Based on an unpublished census counting 72 degree programs dedicated to the social economy (ESS) throughout France, this study presents a panorama of these training curricula.
It also provides with an analysis of their evolution and the rate of employability of students after these courses (based on 16 teams surveyed) to assess the adequacy of this training EHS with the future needs in the business sector such as the issue of ageing employees.

- Nearly 2/3 in Master level and third level in License
- Training multiplied by four between 1992 and 2012
- A highly developed in the Ile-de-France and Rhône-Alpes
- 72% of students surveyed are employed with 80% in the SSE
